The position will involve significant exposure to and from internal and client-side C-level executives and requires the strategic and tactical skills necessary to grow large, complex account relationships. Candidates should be seasoned sales leaders with a history of closing complex deals and building client relationships through consultative solution selling. Our client is a diversified technology services company that provides IT solutions to large enterprise organizations in a number of industries: healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, etc. This position will have senior-level account management responsibility for a very large account in the Bay Area, and will build and manage a team dedicated to the successful expansion of the account. In addition to traditional growth metrics related to sales, success in this role will be measured by the advancement of client relationships to open new avenues for professional and managed IT services sales. Candidates with a background in consulting and/or managed IT services will be particularly attractive.
The first year compensation package for this role will pay approximately $225-250K, with accelerators providing opportunity for consistently higher annual income.
