|
Kforce's Kansas City office is seeking to add a strong Account Executive for the Finance and Accounting team. As a new business development associate, the goal is for you to break into target accounts established with your management and team. If you are truly a sales motivated person that doesn't like to be bogged down with administrative duties this is an awesome opportunity! You will be responsible for selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Finance/Accounting professionals (entry level to CFOs). You must be able to work closely with a team of account managers that are consistently interviewing candidates for the roles you're bringing in. Duties include but are not limited to: - Cold calling (80+ calls a day to establish client visits)
- Client visits (Once ramped goal is 15 CVs a week)
- Client presentations
- Identifying potential decision makers
- Establishing contact relationships
