Job Description
|
The Kforce Des Moines, IA office is seeking a strong Recruiter for the Technology team. As a recruiter, your goal is to continuously recruit and pipeline candidates to place on contractual assignments. If you are truly a sales motivated person that enjoys a competitive environment and has a winning attitude you must consider this opportunity! Duties include, but are not limited to: - Recruit qualified candidates by engaging in sourcing activities to include, but not be limited to: market research (ie, job fairs, job boards, etc.), identifying candidate sources, cold calling, making recruiting calls, and attending seminars and networking events
- Determine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and region
- Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment
- Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements
- Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills and experience
- Present job opportunity to the candidate and negotiates compensation package
- Provide coaching and advice to the candidate throughout the client interview process to include counteroffers and job transition
