Looking for a great office job' Administrative assistant duties will vary from site to site but may include: answering phones...up to 5 incoming lines; greeting and assisting the public walk-ins; file/fax/copy; data entry and typing; computer work...variety of software programs; records documentation and retention. Detail accuracy and ability to multi-task is essential.
