Job Description
|
Airgas Oilind Safety Inc. is currently seeking a Area Branch Manager at the Pasadena, TX location.
The Branch Manager directs all Branch operations at respective location by promoting sales, customer service, safety, good housekeeping, inventory turns and overall operating efficiency.
Incumbents are expected to follow any other reasonable instructions, and perform any other related duties, as may be required by their supervisor.
Performance of this job in a safe manner and in keeping with established Airgas policies is a condition of employment.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
