Aspect Telecom Engineer Our client in the Denver area is searching for a talented telecom engineer that has experience with the Aspect product line. (Aspect ACD, Aspect ECS, and Aspect eWFM) This is long term contract position with a Fortune 500 company! .* Contract rate is $41.00 an hour W2.* This individual will support our client s Aspect ACD, Aspect ECS, and Aspect eWFM applications. You will be supporting users and determining solutions for reoccurring issues within the ACD system. This process would include investigating, planning, implementing, and testing contact center applications, telecommunications hardware and software. Requirements: 2+ years experience in programming on enterprise or department Servers or systems preferred with 2 or more years of closely related Call Center Technology Integration Systems Engineering experience. Aspect ACD Aspect ECS and Contact Server 6.x Aspect eWFM Have a basic understanding of IVR and telephony interfaces to CTI systems Demonstrated experience supporting a complex contact center environment.
