A NW Oklahoma City mortgage/banking company is partnering with Adecco for a direct hire position.This position is seeking bilingual applicants to work with delinquent borrowers to implement assistance programs to help borrowers avoid foreclosure. This involves collecting/analyzing borrower financial information and implementing a workout plan best suited for their needs. These positions require extensive phone work and excellent multi-tasking skills. Strong communication skills,positive attitude, and a desire to help others are typical attributes of a successful individual in this position.
The applicants will be required to develop a strong understanding of the different loan products and plans available to homeowners.Applicants must have intermediate MS Word and Excel skills as well as type 40 WPM
The hours are Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. The salary is $10-$12/hr based on experience. Also,the company offers an incentive based on the number of plans set within a given month. Per month,average employees make between $300 and $600, and top performers can make around $1,000Job type: Full TimeEducation: High SchoolExperience: At Least 3 Years
