The position will oversee all aspects of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategies to ultimately drive customer loyalty and increase retail sales.  The cutting-edge marketing systems introduced will help maintain and build information in the company’s customer database. 

Please note:  This is a MARKETING and COMMUNICATIONS position, not an IT-related position (although the incumbent will work closely with the computer gurus to implement the systems).

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

- 7-10 years management experience, specifically in Customer Relationship Marketing

- Experience in the retail industry

- Customer-focused personality

- Ability to relocate to the Harrisburg, PA area

- MS Office Suite proficiency
