DESCRIPTION
Great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to gain some extra money for the holiday season! Take advantage of this 1 month contract opportunity to work with a great company!
We are in need of several Holiday Helpers to greet customers in retail locations throughout Florida. There are currently openings throughout Florida in: Miami.
Several enthusiastic, retail savvy, and articulate individuals are needed to work from November 30th to January 1st, 2010. No vacation time will be allowed during these dates, and people in these roles must be willing to work between the hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday through Saturday. Shifts will be 5-hour increments.
Responsibilities will include: - Greeting Customers
- Floor coordination and triage
- Directing customers, which may includes some sales, product support, and/or locating products within the store
- Capturing customers' names if there is a wait and setting expectations about wait-time
- Capturing needs on a readiness checklist
- Assisting in directing traffic to appropriate areas to receive or wait for service and recommending areas customers can wait based on their needs
- Providing exit assistance and thanking customers
Qualifications: - Energetic, enthusiastic, articulate, and personable
- Able to commit to appropriate work attire: jeans are not appropriate for the store environment
- High school diploma
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Great customer service skills
- Previous experience in retail (a plus)
- Reliable transportation and open to working several locations
Candidates for these roles must be able to: - Interview immediately
- Work between the hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM up to 5 hours a day
- Willing to work any and all shifts!
- Able to work between 11/30/09 through 01/01/2010 without any time off (except for 12/25/09) ? this requirement is not flexible
