Director - Human Resources (Customer Service Operations) Coventry Health Care recognizes that the strength and success of our business depends on the quality and abilities of our employees. In this Senior HR role located in Bismarck, ND, you will provide Human Resources direction and support to local and remote management, while maintaining the efficient operation of the HR department. You will assist with the development and implementation of strategic HR plans designed to reinforce business success and participate in company wide HR projects. This position requires an experienced professional who possesses leadership and project management skills, knowledge of governmental regulations and a full range of HR activities including staffing, employee relations, change management, performance management, compensation, benefits and training. Job specifications include but not limited to: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a Master's degree preferred. 6 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in a professional HR role. Successful candidates will possess analytical, consulting and leadership skills and a demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications. Candidate must be able to operate at all levels within the organization, thrive within a fast-paced environment and have the interpersonal skills to advise, support and influence management and HR staff.
