Job Description
|
This position is a department administrator with all the responsibility that comes with a position of Director. Budgetary accountability, policy and standards. Mentoring and establishing retension within the department. This person will have excellent leardership qualities and critical thinking skills. They will have the ability to reach for the very best in patient care while taking care of staff.
They will bring at least 5 years of experience in cardiac issues and at least 3 years of management expereince as a Manager or Director.
This is a position for an RN with ACLS and BCLS with at least an Associate's degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
Requirements
RN in AZ or ability to get license as soon as possible
Associate's Degree in Nursing with BSN preferred
3-5 years of expereince in Management
5-7 years of experience in ICU, CCU, Cath. Lab/Cario Intervention
Excellent leardership skills that have been demonstrated
Critical thinking skills
ACLS
BCLS
