The person is capable of exercising a high degree of originality and sound judgment in formulating, evaluating, and correlating broad engineering/ scientific concepts, guiding the analysis of unique problems, and developing new and improved techniques and methods. Simulator experience desired Must have a BS Degree in Engineering and ten (10) years of progressively more complex experience in hardware design, development, and documentation. Must be capable of system conceptualization, system level requirements definition and system test and evaluation. Must be familiar with probability, reliability, statistical analysis methods, sampling and test and evaluation techniques, data collection and applicable regulations and standards..
