Job Description
|
Actively seeking an entry-level salesperson to sell my clients products within its available sales territories. The ideal candidate will be an industrious individual who is extremely money-motivated with no more than 1-2 years sales experience. Job security is also an important factor in determining who will "make the cut" as an one of my client's sales representative. With that in mind, the candidate must have been on his/her current job at least one year. If the candidate has not been on the current job at least one year, then we will look at his/her tenure on the immediately previous job. Large gaps of time (e.g. more than one month) between positions are unacceptable, without just cause. Additionally, smaller (albeit important) factors to consider are the person's ability to travel (i.e. a dependable vehicle).
INCENTIVES FOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES:

* Our average first-year income is $35,000
00. However, many reps will make in the $40's their first year of employment here, and the top person his/her first year (the "Rookie of the Year") will often make in the $60's. The average 3rd year income is $75,000
00. The income potential is unlimited, and the degree of success and speed of growth will be completely dependent upon the sales representativeFor this entry level position, the following is required.
* Bachelors degree preferred.
* No more than 2 years sales experience.
* Excellent people skills
* Job stability/excellent work ethic (must have been in your current role for at least one year)
* No serious gaps in employment
* Serious desire to succeed in the area of sales.
