Job Description
|
We are looking for a fast tracker that could move rapidly into the Director of Operations role. THE CANDIDATE WE PRESENT MUST BE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED AND NOT OUT OF FORD, GM, or CHRYSLER. The client will provide full relocation assistance to lovely Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Fortune 250 client that has generated over 500 Million dollars in Net Profit this fiscal year is looking to fill a Key role in their organization. This company is recognized as being one of the best run companies in America! They are looking for either a Lean Business Systems Manager (Their Business System is built off of the Toyota Production System) or they can hire a Manufacturing Manager. The person in their Lean Manager role was promoted to another division in the company.
They only hire "A" players that are very dynamic, bring a bunch of passion, enthusiasm, and desire to succeed in their current roles.
Bachelors Degree a must. Masters Preferred.
10-20 years Experience in Manufacturing.
Currently is Supervising Engineers or Production Managers.
MUST BE EMPLOYED. CLIENT WILL NOT CONSIDER DOWNSIZED CANDIDATES OUT OF WORK.
Fayetteville is a very nice area to live. It is Wal-Marts and Tysons headquarters. It has a small town feel with big city luxuries. People that live there do not want to leave. People are very friendly, and schools are great!
