Mechanical Engineer - HVAC, Piping Design, AutoCad, Solidworks Licensed Mechanical Engineer - HVAC, Piping System Design, AutoCad, Solidworks, Power Generator, ORC - Skills Required - Licensed Mechanical Engineer, HVAC, Piping Design, AutoCad, Solidworks, Thermally driven chillers, Thermally driven power generators, ORC, Steam Turbines, Control Systems Licensed Mechanical Engineer - HVAC, Piping Design, AutoCad, Solidworks Based in beautiful Honolulu, HI, we are a fast growing and exciting green energy company that specializes in developing clean power solutions for commercial clients. Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire for a FT/Permanent Licensed Mechanical Engineer that has strong expertise in HVAC, Solidworks, and/or AutoCad. The HVAC/Mechanical Engineer will provide design for power generation, absorption chiller and process heat systems. Responsibilities: Evaluation of customer demand Complete design of energy and HX systems Piping System Design Interaction w/designers of thermal engines and thermally-driven AC systems Interaction w/designers of controls systems Cost estimation Construction project consultation System Optimization Qualifications: 1.) Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer 2.) Must have experience with HVAC and/or Piping Design 3.) Must live in Hawaii or have a strong reason for wanting to relocate to Hawaii. 4.) Must have drafting skills in AutoCAD and Solidworks 5.) BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related. Nice to Have Skills: Design and operations with thermally driven chillers (absorption and desiccant) Design and operations with thermally driven power generators (ORC & steam turbines) For your hard work, you will be rewarded with an offer that will include an aggressive base salary ($80,000 - $100,000), full benefits, 401k, a great and fun working environment, and other cool perks!
