Mechanical Engineer - Printing, Converting Mechanical Engineer - Skills Required - Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Process, Label Printing, Gravure/Security Printing, Maintenance, Web Press/Converting, Capital Equipment
Mechanical Engineer
What you will be doing:
* Be responsible for designing new equipment.
* Refine and/or redesign existing equipment to fit niche applications.
* Lead maintenance team of mechanics
* Install and qualify new capital equipment.
What you will need:
* 7-10 years experience in an automated, high precision product manufacturing environment.
* BS or advanced degree in engineering required.
* Web press and/or converting experience.
* Hands on attitude for mechanical problem solving.
* Ability to determine metrics & develop strategic pgms for mfg improvements and cost reductions.
* Working knowledge of strategies for technical problem solving.
* Gravure printing and/or security printing experience a plus.
