Job Description
|
CNB National Lending, a national wholesale lender specializing in USDA-RD loans, is seeking a qualified underwriter to fill an open assignment in the Evansville, Indiana area. The successful candidate will conduct underwriting reviews on-site.
Position Requirements:
* 3-5 years convential and/or USDA mortgage underwriting experience.
* GUS, DU, LP, USDA, Fannie, Freddie and manual underwriting experience.
* Ability to work extended hours, underwrite, QC dozens of files daily in a 20 million plus monthly volume environment.
Additional Office Position for someone with experience in one of the following areas: Pre-underwriter, Title Clerk or Loan ProcessorSee aboveJob type: Full Time
