Duration: 3 Months+ US Citizen Only Must have Secret Security Clearance Drug test and background/credit check will be required Travel Requirements: Approx 1/3 travel to do installs in different cities Start: ASAP MUST HAVE: CCIE certification or equivalent Expert Level Skills in: Network WAN Design experience Protocol knowledge in MPLS, BGP, EIGRP Cisco IOS configuration and troubleshooting Excellent documentation skills HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS: Excellent presentation skills Experience with High Availability architectures DUTIES: Provides expert technical support and oversight in the planning, design, and operation of global, internal, or external highly complex data or voice communication systems including Local Area Networks LANs, Wide Area Networks WANs, or Voice Networks. Analyzes, defines, and proposes solutions to install and adapt MPLS network architectures, onto an existing production network. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing detailed engineering documentation, CLI configurations, Visio architectures and diagrams. Recommends hardware and physical requirements to support network infrastructure changes. Tests and validates infrastructure changes before client inspection. Travels to client sites to facilitate hands-on installation and configuration of network hardware. Participates in daily project meetings and client briefings. Provides timely post implementation briefs. Interacts with cohorts and clients in a professional and courteous manner. |
