Description: offering full relocation with sign on bonus. Manage the implementation of all aspects of the operating risk function, including implementation of processes, tools and systems to identify, assess, measure and monitor operating risk in the business lines. Assist in the development of and manage processes to identify and evaluate business areas' operating risks and risk and control self-assessments. Manage the process for developing operational risk policies and procedures, risk limits and approval authorities. Monitor major and critical operating risk issues. Manage the process for elevating control risks to more senior levels when appropriate. Manage the corporate operating risk and control assessment reporting process as well as manage and maintain infrastructure elements. Be a leader in developing and improving management reporting. Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business or Accounting, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired; and seven years of experience in business project management, risk management and/or risk and process consulting. Required Skills: Candidate MUST have experience with and knoweledge of the following: - SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) - creating process flows - conducting self assessment process and writing narratives - dealing with internal and external audit staff.
