Home Health Physical Therapist - Texas (surrounding areas)

This full time Physical Therapist position will provide care to include ongoing assessments, problem identification and therapeutic interventions for our patients in various locations throughout Texas.
Physical Therapist must have current Texas PT license. Prior Home Health experience a must for this position with a great company!
