SMS/SCCM contractor
6 months with chance of extension
Must have Interim or Secret Clearance
- The contractor shall provide technical support in developing innovative solutions and troubleshooting SMS faults. As a minimum:
- Must be able to train and develop personnel on all aspects regarding SMS operability and troubleshooting
- Assist with SMS planning, setup, deployment and maintainability
- Assist ACC SMS Installation Teams to field SMS at ACC MOBs/GSUs in accordance with contractor/government written build instructions. Contractor shall troubleshoot problems during installation.
- Create SMS management reports ask required to support daily operations and staff taskings on the state of the information technology enterprise.
- Lead the development, testing and successful deployment of software to all applicable SMS supported platforms deployed in ACC using SMS installer and Windows Installer technologies.
- Maintain the SMS portion of the ACC NOSC Network Enterprise Laboratory.
