ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*        Provides friendly service to every customer.

*        Works closely with other departments to achieve property and department goals.

*        Protects company assets by adhering to Illinois gaming regulations.

*        Verifies jackpot payouts.

*        Observes money and chip transfers throughout the property.

*        Performs security related issues as outlined in the internal controls.

*        Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.

*        Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.

*        Completes all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

*        21 years of age or older required.

*        High school diploma or equivalent required.

*        Must posses excellent customer service skills

*        Security experience preferred.

*        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*        Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.

JOB DEMANDS:

*        Ability to push wheelchairs up and down ramps. Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to lift up to 20lbs., and ability to push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, kneel, and balance when maneuvering in the work area.

*        Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decision when handling customer needs and concerns.

*        Must be able to work in areas containing a noisy environment and crowds.

*        Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
