Total Compensation: $100K+
We are currently seeking a Senior Director, Healthcare Division, in Westlake Village, CA; Orange, CA; or Troy, MI, or market based.
Key Goals of this Position:
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow JDPAs position within the healthcare industry.
Education/Experience Required:
- 15+ years experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelors Degree in related field, Masters preferred
- Broad executive level industry contacts at Director, VP, President, COO, CEO levels
- Fundamental understanding of the research process and the key steps required in implementing research project.
- Expert at the operational and customer experience components of the health plan provider industry.
- Ability to analyze and translate data into solutions-based client deliverables
- Consulting experience in customer satisfaction and/or industry related
- Proven leader with strong business management experience
- Extensive public speaking
- Extensive travel required
