Overview:
ExcelaCom has an opening for an Operations Architect in Basking Ridge , New Jersey. The Architect will be interfacing with key senior client executives to measure and track IT initiatives and infrastructures.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Operation architecture and infrastructure design
• Define and Design System architecture
• Prepare project documents, presentations, architecture design, and progress reports
• Oversee system and architecture progress and communicate with the project team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 7+ years of technology experience working on large Telecom projects
• 5+ years experience in setting up IT systems such as Billing, Ordering, and Network Systems for large Wireline Telecom companies
• 5+ years experience in meeting deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• 7+ years of experience in systems integration & development, package implementation, and/or interactive design
• Can demonstrate knowledge of high-end technology such Oracle Fusion Middleware, ERP, SCM, and CRM
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% as business needs require
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills in the English language

Preferred:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
• Software package expertise (Sharepoint, IBM WebSphere, BEA Weblogic, SAP, Oracle, Mercury Testing tools, Work Flow tools, OSS BSS systems)
• Can demonstrate the ability to define, create, and complete a technical task without a great deal of guidance
• Experience in a consulting and/or IT environment
• Telecom experience
