Shuttle Bus Drivers are responsible for, but not limited to, the following: 1. Provide shuttle service for employees and guests. 2. Operate in accordance with established procedures. 3. Be alert for suspicious persons or disturbing incidents and check for juveniles who may be unattended while on property. 4. Perform any other duties that may be requested by Transportation Supervisor. 5. Must assist patrons and employees in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior management. 6. Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons and employees by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
PHYSICAL - Must be able to: 1. Sit for at least 3 hours at a time. 2. Be able to drive in all weather conditions. 3. Communicate via telephone and two-way radio. 4. Communicate verbally, with the general public, hotel guests, and employees. 5. Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License with P endorsement and have a clean M.V.R. for 2 year period (no at-fault accidents). Must successfully pass a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen. 6. Climb steps repeatedly
High School graduate or GED equivalent. Must have and hold a state issued Driver's License and have a clean M.V.R. for 2 year period (no at-fault accidents). Must be able to establish and maintain an effective professional working relationship with management, staff, and co-workers; pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people.
1. Communicate directly with management, staff and guests 2. Read, write and comprehend. 3. Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions. 4. Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
