Job Description
|
Support General and his staff members with any IT support needs they may have, including while on travel.
Education:
BS degree preferred
Experience:
Position Requirements:
- Previous military background highly desired
- Experience with VIP support
- Excellent customer service
- Army Corps of Engineers network experience would be a plus
- Secret clearance, desired. Or ability to be granted a secret clearance, required.
- Passport, or ability to get one
- Travel Required
- Extensive desktop support experience required
- Video teleconference/telecom experience a plus
- A+/Security+/MCP certs a plus
