DESCRIPTION:
1. Provide production support and maintenance for Consumer Directed Healthcare products and systems

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience working with mainframe systems
2. Hands-on experience maintaining, resolving and communicating the status of production defects
3. Experience working on IT projects and meeting milestones and deadlines
4. Experience performing software testing, documenting and presenting the results to customers
5. General understanding of project phases
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills
8. Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results
9. Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail
10. Ability to interact effectively with BCBSM representatives at various levels
11. Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Knowledge of BCBSM operating systems preferred
