Experienced Account Managers currently in the Technical Staffing arena will want to know more about this opportunity! Working with a seasoned team of effective and established producers in the Phoenix Market, not only are you backed by your local recruiting team but also the firm's National Recruiting Center. We are currently seeking a strong staffing Account Manager for the Technology team who can compliment the strides our established group has made with the ability to build a book of business of their own. As a new business development associate, the goal is for you to break into target accounts cultivated with your management and team. You will be responsible for selling Kforce's staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of Technical professionals, from entry level associates to CIOs. You must be able to work closely with a team of recruiters that will match and qualify the best candidates whom you will present to your client. Duties include but are not limited to: - Cold calling
- Client visits
- Client presentations
- Identifying potential decision makers and building out org charts
- Establishing contact relationships
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Completing company and department profiles
If you are a self motivated individual looking to cultivate your professional experience, this is the perfect opportunity for immediate career evolution! Technical Staffing experience is highly preferred, but to be considered, you must have at least 2 years of experience in the staffing arena, significant self motivation, and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations. The ability to proficiently handle difficult client negotiations with professionalism and respect is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required.
