Job Description
|
Welder
This individual will perform welding of stainless steel and mild metal objects using a gas torch or arc welder using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding. Duties include: planning, producing, and recontructing articles of various metals and alloys. Using hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and clamps for certain projects. Cutting metal using a torch and following diagrams/sketches as needed. Accomplishing welding that fuses different metals and withstands great strength demands while avoiding distortion.
Some welding or Technical school needed (1 year or less). This is a long term opportunity with a growing company in the Waconia area.
Pay rate: $12.50-13.50 depending on experience.
