Serco, Inc., a Government Contractor, is seeking a full time mobilization and deployment specialist. Candidate will provide assistance to Family Readiness Groups (FRGs); coordinate and provide briefings to soldiers and family members located on- and off-post; assist in the Family Assistance Center; coordinate and conduct Operation READY and other locally implemented training classes; and provide other relevant tasks as needed.

Required Skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. Knowledge of basic FRG programs, Army chain of command, military protocol, FRG operating procedures; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; proficiency with personal computers; experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must have prior experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the work. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC).

Required Experience

ACS Experience preferred; voluntary or paid

FRG experience required
