We are an industry leading B2B service company providing products and services to commercial clients that include hotels, healthcare facilities, shopping malls and professional office spaces.   We operate throughout North America with branches in major cities. 

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to direct and grow the assigned territory.  The successful candidate will directly manage Sales Representatives who are solely focused upon new business development.  The Sales Manager will be expected to spend 80% of their time in the field with their Sales Representatives.  Depending on geography, this position could involve extensive travel. 

This person will report to the Director of Sales, who is based at our corporate office in Chicago.  The compensation for this position is a base salary plus commission, which is linked to the success of the sales professionals in your market.

This position requires:

• Day to day management of field based sales professionals


• Organizing, motivating and coaching your sales team to prospect new business opportunities


• Supporting the sale of multiple products


• Leading weekly one on one reviews with sales professionals and weekly reporting to the Director of Sales


• Managing and updating of our CRM system (Salesforce.com)


• Coaching, initial and ongoing training of the Sales Representatives


• Holding regular sales meetings and conference calls


• Meeting monthly sales goals


• Maintaining a full team through recruitment and hiring process
