Serco is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to support the HUD BOSS project.  The successful candidate will support the delivery of IT Solutions for one contract at the Department of Housing and Urban Development for 4 systems:  CCFF, EZBudget, BOSS, and TEAM.

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years experience with HUD software and business processes, as well as experience leading a team of analysts, developers and testers.  This Senior Project Manager will create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.  He or she will identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.  The Senior Project Manager will manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client, and effectively apply methodologies and enforce project standards.  The successful candidate will prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures, minimize exposure and risk on project, and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
