The Test Analyst is responsible for independently executing test cases/ scripts and validating the results. The Test Analyst also contributes to the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases.
 
    * Reviews requirements, specifications and documentation to gain a thorough understanding functionality to be tested.
    * Assists in the preparation of test plans.
    * Assists in the preparation and maintenance of test cases and scripts using design documents and current applications.
    * Executes test cases and documents results.
    * Participates in defect reporting and validation of resolutions.

Required Skills
 
    * 2 - 4 years of related experience
    * Experience creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
    * Experience with automated tools including Test Management, Defect Tracking and Source Control beneficial.
    * Formal software development life-cycle experience beneficial.
    * 401k/Retirement recordkeeping experience beneficial.
    * OMNIPlus experience beneficial.
