experience: Years Total Compensation: $100K+
Directs, manages, plans and administers the operational and administrative activities of the Systems Engineering section. Supports multiple systems through maintenance, modification, problem resolution, etc. to support ongoing delivery of services and/or operations. Manages multiple applications/development projects, or single major complex initiatives if a small area of the development function. Coordinates resources across various applications, operations or projects. Responsible for staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making. Manages budget, monitors progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly. Provides input on policy issues. Typically 7-10 years of experience in managing and directing multi-project development teams Qualifications Required Skills: - 5 or more years of technical development experience, preferably including experience working on projects using an Agile methodology
- eCommerce or Mobile technology experience
- Professional communication skills and an ability to partner across teams
- Basic understanding of Financial and Budgeting processes
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives with varying timelines and deliverables to completion
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project competency
- Experience with at least 10 medium to large scale enterprise development projects in a variety of technical roles.
- Working knowledge of internet applications, bank systems, Content Management and structured project management.
- Working knowledge of Structured Program Design and Development methods and technologies such as: J2EE, Struts 2, Spring, Hibernate, IBMs IFW, IBM RAD, Oracle, Database Design Experience (DDL)
