Terms of Use for InsidersReferral.com, Inc. ("Jobirn") describes the terms on which you may access and use our services. All Jobirn's user must read and accept all of the terms and conditions and the
Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, Terms and Conditions overrides the Privacy Policy.
Jobirn reserves the right to modify Terms of Use as well as Privacy Policy without prior notice. Your continued usage of our service indicates agreement to modified Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
Jobirn is an online service to help professional apply for jobs through pre-qualification and referral offered by a current employee (Insider Referrer) of the hiring company. The service provided by Insider Referrer is on voluntary basis. Jobirn also provides service to hiring managers, recruiters to list their job openings.
Membership Eligibility
Jobirn Service is not available to minors under the age of 18 old. Any existing user account may be suspended for any reason. Each user may have at most two accounts opened, one referrer account, and one applicant account. Selling, trading or transferring your account to another person is prohibited. If you do not qualify, you may not use the Jobirn Service.
Use of Service
Jobirn reserves the right to refuse service without prior notice to any user for any or no reason.
It's your responsibility to keep your password and account confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account with or without your knowledge. Purposefully providing your account password to another person may lead to account suspension or closure. You agree to immediately notify Jobirn of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. Jobirn is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Termination
Your account might be suspected or closed for any reasons. These include, but not limited to, the following:
- violating our Terms of Use;
- requests by law enforcement or other government agencies;
- your voluntary closure;
- unexpected technical issues or problems;
- extended periods of inactivity;
Termination of your Jobirn account includes removal of access to all offerings within the Jobirn Service and may also bar you from further use of the Jobirn Service. You must agree that termination of your account shall be made in Jobirn's sole discretion, and that Jobirn shall not be liable to you nor any third- party for the termination.
User Conduct
You must not place the information of following categories on Jobirn:
- Any information that should not be disclosed under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
- Unlawful, libelous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Illegal information or information for illegal transaction purpose, including but not limited to conspiring to violate laws;
- Cheating on your identity and background information; Such information includes, but not limited to, fake name, fake resume, fake employment relationship with a certain employer;
- Any information that infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights;
- Advertisement or spam;
- Computer virus or any software that's aimed toward harming another user;
- Forged emails using Jobirn domain name without our written consent.
It's your sole responsibility to abide by the federal and local laws.
It's your sole responsibility to comply with the policies and requirements of your company. We are not responsible for any misconduct of members.
It's your sole responsibility to comply with the employee referral bonus policy of your company.
Information Provided on this Website
You must agree that by providing information on Jobirn, you are granting to InsidersReferral.com, Inc. a royalty- free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use this information in the course of offering the Jobirn service.
You must understand that Jobirn retains the right to reformat, excerpt, or translate any materials submitted by you. You must understand that all information publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Jobirn Service is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated and that Jobirn will not be liable for any errors, loss or omissions in any content.
You must understand that Jobirn cannot guarantee the identity of any other users with whom you may interact in the course of using the Jobirn Service.
You must understand that we cannot guarantee the authenticity of any data which users may provide about themselves or relationships they may describe.
Jobirn Chat
Your use of Jobirn Chat (including video interview and instant- messenger chat) is subject to the Jobirn Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using Chat, you consent to Jobirn storing the conversations you have with other Users on servers owned or controlled by Jobirn. You understand that even if you delete a conversation you have with another user, that user may save it. You further agree that Jobirn may scan, use, and retain copies of your conversations for a limited time solely to filter spam, detect viruses, and to test and improve Chat. You may not send (or authorize others to use your account to send) unsolicited bulk communications using Jobirn Chat. You must understand that Jobirn will not be liable for any errors, loss or omissions through your communication by using Jobirn Chat.
Access to Service
Access from automated software, or so- called crawlers or spiders, to Jobirn is strictly prohibited.
You must agree not to copy web pages from our site. You must not simulate our website functionalities for other websites.
Monitoring and Enforcement
While we have the right to monitor activity and content associated with the Jobirn service, we are not obligated to do so. If you found yourself offended by misconduct of other members, you may contact our customer support at

Fees
Jobirn service is free. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee in the future for any service we deemed reasonable. We may apply or change the fee schedule after sending you a prior notice.
Indemnification
By accepting our Terms of Use, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless InsidersReferral.com, Inc., its officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and other partners from any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from i) your use of the Jobirn Service; ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications with or through the Jobirn Service, or iii) any other matter relating to the Jobirn Service.
Any activities which arise between users from their use of Jobirn are the sole responsibilities of the users involved.
You must agree that Jobirn may disclose personal information if required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. JOBIRN RESERVES THE RIGHT WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO DISCONTINUE OR CHANGE THE SPECIFICATIONS OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED ON THIS SITE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. JOBIRN DOES NOT MAKE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND/OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT AND TITLE, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. JOBIRN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR SITE WILL BE UNINTERUPTED, ERROR- FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, THAT THIS SITE OR ITS SERVERS WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED EVEN IF JOBIRN IS AWARE OF THEM.
Limitation of Liability
You must agree that Jobirn shall not be liable to you for any reason. You must not seek any payment from Jobirn for any reason.
Governing Law
The Terms of Use between you and Jobirn will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles.
